This is UPO720 Barcoat 1K Quick Drying Isolator, 1L. Is a quick drying, yellow oxide isolator, designed to prevent lifting & bleeding of existing paint film. Sensitive to solvent attack when over-coated with cellulose or paint containing strong solvents. Effective isolator--No thinners required.
